Hi Bert,
I have been on F5 for four months now and have gained five pounds. I've increased exercise and even gotten a personal trainer. I do have a sedentary lifestyle because I am a student, but I use the time I have to get in exercise. I live near-vegan and eat about 80-90% healthy. I don't drink soda at all. I have tea or coffee with occasional Spelnda or Sweet N Low and always break fast with an organic apple. What have I been doing wrong? Any suggestions?
Also I have "cheated" four days within these months. One day I was sick I ate to take medicine, on Thanksgiving to please my family, a day I ordered unsweetened tea, and they gave me sweetened, and one day I was weak in the beginning.
