That's what I am discovering about myself as I go through the adjustement phase : I am food obsessed!
Food is running on my mind every time, as soon as I wake up!
My break-fast is today at 3h30 PM and it's the very first day where it's so hard!
What are your tricks and tips when a day is especially hard and you check the clock every minute??
I know this last sentence sound very stupid but this is exactly how my irrationnal mind is taking over me.
