You are a miracle worker!  I've tried other diets and never saw any progress.

I started the diet in March and I've lost 20 pounds and 4 clothes sizes (that's the best part)!  For me, the hardest weight to lose is the baby fat (literally from pregnancies), but your diet takes care of that, too.  I finally feel better about myself and am happier than I've been in a long time. I can't thank you enough for sharing this with me. 
 
I didn't lose much at the beginning and was disappointed.  Two co-workers did it with me and they lost 12 and 15 pounds quickly.  I bought some school clothes that were 1 size smaller and, fortunately, had to take them back and exchange them for another smaller size - that was only 2 weeks later (end of July).  Then this week, I was down another size.  I'm almost where I want to be.  There are so many great things about it - eat what you want - as much as you want - take off a day or two and then get back on it.
