I have no clue how many times I’ve lost 40-50 pounds. I always had to fight to keep it off, and after gaining five, then fighting hard to lose that five again, I’d eventually give in and the forty or fifty pounds would gradually all come back. Then I’d start again. This last time, I lost 40+ pounds on a combinations of Atkins and Curves. I stopped Curves when we moved, weighing 135, which was my goal. Even though I was working on the house, doing lots of physical labor hanging drywall and such, my weight kept creeping up.  So I tried Fast-5.

Since then, I’ve lost at least 10 pounds. I’m running 124-126 since the end of February. I eat dessert if I want. I have no problems stopping. I don’t mind walking by anything that’s out there. I eat ‘til I’m full. I’ve had more energy. I didn’t think I’d lose any weight, but I did, and now it just stays steady right around 125.

For a long time, I weighed myself every day because I could not believe I could I eat like I was and hold my weight, but I did.

I have no problems with eating now. I don’t have to fight anymore. I eat whatever, some of everything. No trouble with control. The other day someone fixed a great squash casserole, I went back for thirds. It’s super. This lifestyle will take me into old age.

I expected to be starved to death, and I really expected to be very hungry. I have never been hungry, even when we wound up eating really late, like 10:30. If I’d had to wait ‘til the next morning, it would’ve been no big deal.

I like the fact that when I go with the Red Hatters I make my window whenever I want and it still works.  I graze then eat dinner. My window is typically three hours--some grazing, then a meal, and maybe a glass of wine. You save money too, that’s obvious, so it’s working really well for me.
