Started just over 3 weeks ago and weighted 173.6 lbs. I'd been ~ 173-175 for a while before I started.
1st week was hard but doable. Some poor food choices (chips, red meat etc.) during the eating times, trying to be better at that :-)
I few days ago I weighted in at 168 lb which surprised and delighted me. Over the last 3 days I've been steady at 170 lbs which still impressive.
I think that is great! I've just started so can't wait till I'm 3 week in! Keep at it!
I am down six pounds in just over 4 weeks, both my wife and I are doing the Diet, then the Lifestyle - the first week was tough for her, but not so much for me - the Limbic hunger urges are completely gone - now it is just a matter of time until we both hit our target weight. This is awesome!
Feb 9th, weighted in at 165 lbs this morning :-), lost over 8 lbs since Dec 27th (~ 6 weeks)
Well on the way to my goal.
My wife is also on Fast5 and she is seeing similar results. It also definitely helps to do this together.
