I am starting week 3, and am 4 pounds down (probably not water, was taking anti-bloating medicine the week before I restarted fast-five). Really happy, and not hungry at all, except little twinges when getting my sons meals.
Help! I'm so confused! I've been on the Fast 5 plan for 12 days now. I have not "cheated" or slipped once during the entire time. I eat the equivalent of 2 small meals during my 5 hour window. During the first 9 days I lost 8 pounds, and it showed! I went from 133 lbs. to 125 lbs. I was basically at my goal weight. Despite having changed NOTHING about the way I was following the plan, over the last 3 days I have regained 6 of the 8 pounds and weigh 131 right now. I don't get it! Is this normal?
You're seeing a lot of water weight shift, some of which may be explained if you've eaten a lot of salt lately. The real fat loss can only go away a the rate of about one pound per week on average. You're two weeks in and two pounds down, so you're right on track. Hang in there and you should see fairly steady and reliable loss.
I weighed in again today and I'm down 1.6 lbs. That makes 7.6lbs since starting Jan 5th. As for measurements I'm down 3 1/4" which makes a total of 12 3/4" since starting. I can now go 20 - 23 hours fasting without getting too hungry. I'm hoping one day I can go 24 hours. I've also started incorporating light cardio during my fast and it seems to work fairly well. No dizziness or hunger pains.

Just reporting in again. My weigh-in was Monday, Jan 29th, I'm now down to 181. I started on January 5th at 187. Total inches lost is 9 1/2.
